Relationship education

Check in on your relationship using The Gottman Institute’s Relationship Check-Up. This check up creates a couple report based on over 400 questions from 40 years of research done in “The Love Lab”.

Unlike premarital counseling, the relationship education sessions are focused on the key growth areas pin-pointed from the analysis. Each session ranges from 60 to 90 minutes and can be done online or in the comfort of your home.

*As of June 1, 2020, I am doing in-person sessions.

Whatever you need me to do to feel comfortable, I will oblige. I can wear a mask, take off my shoes, use extra hand sanitizer, or anything that you can think of. We can even do sessions outside, weather permitting.
